SKALLI/LANGUE
One of the pioneers of 'new world' wine making in France, Skalli produces some of the finest varietal wines made in the south of France today.
Deep red color. The nose expresses warm notes of sweet spices, leather and liquorice. Well-structured in the mouth with a base of clear but well softened tannin. Notes of chocolate and ripe fruits give a fine, gourmet flavor in the mouth. Ideal serving temperature is 17°C. Meat with gravy, lamb, duck, and cheese.
