This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second IFIP-TC6 Networking Conference, NETWORKING 2002, held in Pisa, Italy, in May 2002.The 82 revised full papers and 31 short papers presented together with three invited contributions were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 314 submissions.
