His observations about what is missing in the current market are correct. The currrent books are inadequate. I end up reading three books to prepare my course notes. This book seems like it would effectively combine the best features of all three texts.
We do not presently offer a course in environmental law, but we are considering offering one in the future. I would definitely strongly consider using this book.
