In 2000, Mr. Bradbury was honored by the National Book Foundation with a medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters. Among his most recent books are the novel From the Dust Returned—selected as one of the Best Books of the Year by the Los Angeles Times—The Cat's Pajamas, a new story collection, and Bradbury Speaks, a collection of essays on the past, the future, and everything in between. Mr. Bradbury lives in Los Angeles.
