文摘"Millions of young students nationwide sports sunshine" launched on April 29,2007. The teachers and students in our school were organized to watch the launching ceremony. In order to put this activity into effect, we did many different kinds of sports for an hour, such as running, doing exercises and playing basketball. Although we felt tired, we all knew it could build up our body strength. Doing sports regularly would not only help our mind relax but also let us study more effectively. If we do sports for an hour every day, it will be beneficial to our whole life.
"Millions of young students nationwide sports sunshine" launched on April 29,2007. The teachers and students in our school were organized to watch the launching ceremony on TV. After that all of us did sports on the playground for one hour. Some did running, some did exercise, and others played ball games. We all think doing sports can build up our body strength. It can relax our bodies and brains. If we have strong bodies, we can do everything better. Of course we can be more effective in our study.But the most important thing is that we must do sports every day.
