are these translation correct?

I am a medical worker, recently, new signs which both Chinese and English

version were been hung up in every deparments in hospital. People do commonly suspect if they are correct, so I wrote down some of them and show them here, consulting friends here. And hope you all give out the correct translation. Thanks a million in advance.

检验科值班室：Ispection Section Duty Room

门诊部办公室：Office Clinic

门诊术前检查室：Outpatient Examination Room Before Games

遗传咨询门诊：Genetics Counselling Clinic

血流变室：Origin Change Room

检验教研室：Testing Laboratory

脱落细胞室：Off Cell Room

免疫室：Immunization Room

所有的Room都可以去掉.

起码有一个绝对应该改:

门诊术前检查室：Outpatient Examination Room Before Games

应为:Pre-surgery Check-up
