摘要：随着社会进步和经济的全球化，企业的社会责任越来越受到人们的关注。在我们不断强调构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下，深入探讨企业的社会责任问题与中国和谐社会的发展，研究如何提升我国企业的社会责任意识并改善目前的状况，具有十分重要的意义。
论文主要分为四个部分。第一部分介绍了企业社会责任、中国和谐社会的内涵以及它们的关系。当代企业社会责任认为企业在创造利润、对股东利益负责的同时，还要承担与其利益相关者的责任。中国和谐社会的核心是统筹各种社会资源，综合解决社会协调发展问题。二者是互相依存、互相统一、互相促进、不可分割的整体。
第二部分分析SA8000标准对构建和谐社会的作用。分析了SA8000对我国的影响：改善劳资关系、企业可持续发展、落实科学的发展观。推行SA8000标准是如何影响劳资关系的以及SA8000标准的唯一性问题。
第三部分指出当前我国企业社会责任主要存在的三大问题，分别是缺乏环境保护意识、侵犯消费者权益和侵害劳工权益的问题。并且针对这些问题分别提出解决办法。
第四部分提出对构建适合我国国情的企业社会责任体系的几点建议，分别是加强企业社会责任意识、加强政府在社会责任方面的主导作用、加强国家在企业社会责任方面的立法工作、倡导社会责任型投资、建立信息强制披露机制。
