目的:通过眼睛散瞳后，以检影验光结合主观验光得出的度数为比较，来衡量散瞳后电脑验光度数的准确性及其在中低度近视检查的应用价值。方法：随机选择来本中心检查的近视患者和顺德陈村地区五间小学2至5年纪级的学生，筛选出近视者238人共472只眼，全部通过远近视力、眼前段和眼底检查，排除眼前节炎症和眼底病等眼部疾患，无斜弱视等视功能障碍。进行药物散瞳，待瞳孔无对光反射后先作检影加主观验光，然后进行两次TOPCON KR 8800电脑验光，最后复查主观验光。得出散瞳后电脑验光度数和检影加主观验光度数与复查后主观验光结果进行比较。结果：散瞳后两次电脑验光得出的数据，大部分数据重复相同，无显著的统计学处理意义（P>0.05）,散瞳后的电脑验光、检影加主观验光与复查主观验光得出的球镜、柱镜和轴位相同或及其相似，无显著的统计学处理意义（P>0.05）结论：散瞳后再中低度近视检查中的电脑验光具有很高得的重复性和准确性，再结合检影验光和主观验光，可以大大提高验光的工作效率和准确性。
