邮件整理软件，foxmail,dreammail,都不能发邮件，会显示以上内容，请问谁知道是怎么回事。
还有，设置163账号的时候，连接pop的时候，会说我无权使用，要我重新输入密码是怎么回事。

參考答案:问题有三:
1.杀毒软件问题.发邮件时把杀毒软件,防火墙关了试试,有些杀毒的禁止你发送消息.
2.pop3设置问题.在“帐户属性”里选定“邮件服务器”,在“SMTP 服务器需要身份验证”栏前的空格打勾，并点击旁边的“设置”按钮。“验证”选择“使用与 pop 服务器相同的信息”。并查看POP3设置是否正确.这是收件的不是发送的.
3.关掉一切迅雷,BT和KUGOO等P2P的软件.这些多线程的软件也会是你发不出邮件的重大隐患.(我刚才就是因为这个东西,搞得我整个下午都发不出却收得到).
