Responses from group members were very encouraging. The results indicated a grateful increased level of mutual trust and reciprocity among group members as well as within their own ethnicity. For instance, all of the group members agreed that members of the group could be trusted. 90% agreed that people of their own ethnicity could be trusted and felt more ready to build up mutual support relationship with Nepalese people. In addition, results also indicated high sense of reciprocity as 90% felt that they were more ready to help and seek help from their own ethnicity.
