我听到老妇上前说：“我三个儿子都服役去参加围困邺城之战。其中一个儿子托人捎了信回来，其中两个最近刚战死了。活着的人暂且偷生，死的人永远逝去。家中再也没有什么人丁了，只有个吃乳的小孙子。因为有小孙子，所以儿媳妇没有离开这个家，但进进出出没有一条完好的裙子。老妇我虽然身体衰弱，请允许我跟丛您夜归。 赶紧应付河阳需要的劳役，现在还赶得上做早炊。”
