作者简介:Dr.Zhao Hongqin obtained her Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the South-West Teachers University (now South-West University). She Taught English as a Foreign/Second Language (EFL/ESL) for 10 years in cross sectors. With that experience, she took up a Master's study in Educational Technology at the University of Bath, UK, and then continued with her Doctorial study in Teachers' knowledge with a life-history narrative methodology. She was awarded her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Education, the University of Bath in 2007.
Her areas of research interest include the culture of education, teachers' work and professional development, ICT-assisted language teaching and learning, experience in life-long learning, as well as qualitative research methodologies (e.g. life-history narrative and auto-
ethnography).
