Mr.Yan Chongnian is a professor of the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences and Deputy President of China Society of the Forbidden City.His researches are focused on the history of Manchuria,the history of the Qing Dynasty and Beijing's history.His theses collections include;Theses on the Manchurian Culture,Theses on the History of Beijing,Early These on the History of Beijing,Theses on Yuan Chonghuan,etc;his academic works include,Biography of Nurhachi,Biography of Yuan Chonghuan,the Reign of Taizu in the General History of the Qing Dynasty,the Reignof Taizong in the general History of the Qing Dynasty.
