CSV Supervisor
· Provide General service for K/Q/N accounts in all respect which include, but not limit to inform detailed shipment information/ progress to Customer timely, update system completely and keep data integrity, collect import clearance documents etc.
· Provide General service for shippers in all respect which include, but not limit to place booking with carrier, arrange container stuffing, perform Customs clearance on behalf of shipper, prepare and release related documents to shipper etc.
· Help team members to solve problematic area and arrange workload inside the team
Sr. CSV Coordinator
