My Word Is My Bond
Voices From Inside The Chicago Board of Trade
My Word Is My Bond takes readers on an extraordinary journey inside the Chicago Board of Trade. Through interviews of twenty-one of the most influential members of this LaSalle Street institution, the life and times of a career in this financial world will be revealed. These professionals have devoted their hearts and minds to their chosen business.
Like any great love, these individuals have nurtured their relationships with the Chicago Board of Trade. Each relationship has taken time and effort. Though it has not always been smooth sailing-they disagree, they become physical and boisterous, they even come close to walking out the door- they stay because of the greater good that will come from that experience. This is a diverse group of people in a business that initially fights change and then comes to embrace the challenges ahead.
My Word Is My Bond introduces market strategies outside the box. It also gives readers the opportunity to discover the innovation, exploration, and experience that are hallmarks of the exchange and its 160 years of integrity and tradition.
